The process is simple and begins with a request from a client by phone or email. We help our clients in moving across countries.

Step 1
Once an inquiry is made, our Sky2C sales team will expertly handle the details to ensure a pain-free packaging and delivery of all goods. First, they will collect all of the pertinent details to the shipment so they can make an accurate and reasonable quote. The types of information they’ll be after include the number of items, the type of commodities being shipped and how many pieces each contains, the dimensions and weight of each item, whether the items will be shipped by air or sea, the estimated value of the shipped goods, and whether the products require insurance. The sales team records all of this information to give a client the most accurate picture of the costs associated with the shipment.

Step 2
For clients wanting to move a one to four bedroom household, a survey will generally be scheduled to determine many of these details. In this case, the surveyor will contact the client to schedule a good date and time to complete the survey. Once the survey is completed, the surveyor will send the details to the sales team so they can record it and return to the client with a quote. The sales team adds any special packaging needs or arrangements to the shipping details.

Step 3
The sales team will complete the initial order by reviewing all the shipping details with the client. This ensures accuracy by double-checking each detail. Using the information collected, the sales team will then compile a quote using air or sea shipment based on the client’s request. This becomes an easy-to-read, detailed quote sent via email to the client for client review. This offers another check to ensure no mistakes are present. Once accepted, the sales team will then work with the client to ensure no question or concern goes unanswered, providing exceptional customer service from start to finish. The quote becomes a file which transfers to the booking team with everything they need to ensure a seamless job.

Step 4
The booking team then gets in touch with the client via email or phone to verify the shipment. From this point forward, the booking team will keep the client informed about the progress, booking details, and the estimated time of arrival and departure of the shipment at its origin and destination points. Throughout this process, they will provide 24/7 help via phone or email to the client to ensure safe and secure delivery from door-to-door.
